Navy Fringe//Matching Top+Bottom

These past couple of years the matching “top+bottom” is coming back with a vengeance and I am all in favor for this fashion movement. Sometimes it’s nice not to think about what to wear with those bottoms or that top, ya know? Below are the details for the latest outfit and a few other options for shoes, hats and more!↓!↓!

This store is all about beach style and a perfect place to shop for that upcoming honeymoon or vacation.

Up close and personal, the details on this outfit are just as amazing. It is possible to match “too much”, but the shear tank adds a flirty layer to separate the top from the short.

Shoes. This outfit is comfy so why would I screw that up with an uncomfortable shoe? I wanted my shoes to be comfy, versatile, have a small heel and an ankle strap. Whoa, I guess that’s a lot of requirements for a shoe. Being 5 foot the shoe could make me look shorter or I could milk every inch I can, that’s why I love ankle straps. Take note Petites, ANKLE STRAPS can elongate your leg or at least create the illusion of longer legs.

About these shoes: I ♥ them, they go with a lot and I can last all day in them! So ever since I broke my foot I haven’t been able to just “tough it out” with uncomfortable shoes. Now I find it easier to invest in my comfort/sanity and sometimes that means spending a little more than I would have previously. I cannot say I have been disappointed in this decision.

This outfit can be worn during a hot spring/summer DAY or for a casual date NIGHT. As for the day, sometimes you need a little shade and that calls for a hat. I chose a navy and cream hat with a wide brim. Like I said before you can match too much, but the cream is a richer, darker cream and is just enough of a difference.

***This hat is “one size” and if you have a smaller head, this hat may run a little large.

Accessorize. One word, simple. An outfit like this would be overwhelmed by a chunky necklace or intricate earrings. Since the neckline is a V, a simple chain necklace is perfect. The necklace could be either short or long. Stacking bracelets can go nicely with a simple necklace and that’s what I did. Now, sunglasses… I went with the classic Ray Bans, I’ve had these bad boys for 3+ years and they’re still going strong.
