Buffalo RANCH Dip +(Dogs)

Good Sunday Football Day to ALL!!! How is everyone else liking this year’s football season start? Yep, I am excited for both NCAA {AND} NFL football…..and Fantasy Football. So what else goes with football season? Well, I am glad you asked. You cannot have a successful ‘College Football Saturday’ or ‘NFL Football Sunday’ without GAME DAY FOOD! Sorry, the “diet” goes out the window during football season. This weekend I am sharing my version of {BUFFALO RANCH DIP} scroll ↓ for the recipe and some adorable photos! 🙂

 {Ingredients}gamedaydip

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
  • 10-12.5 ounces chunk white chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (or 1/4 cup if you don’t like spicy)
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

***For the ranch dressing, I used Hidden Valley’s Buttermilk Ranch Mix. I do not like bottled ranch, it does not taste authentic and rich.

{Directions}

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the cream cheese, chicken, ranch and wing sauce. Place the mixture in an ungreased 9×13 inch pan or 1-qt baking dish. Cover the top, of the mixture, with sharp cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes (uncovered). Cool for 2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy and serve with Fritos Scoops or Baguette Slices!

I may be a little obnoxious, but I love my alma mater and so does my family! I am currently trying to get the pups to bark every time I say “Roll Tide”. Is that too much? Oh well, I don’t care. Anyway I hope you guys will try out my recipe, it is a great and easy recipe for tailgating or watching the game from home! Also, I had a lot of people ask me where I got the jerseys for Tiberius and Kingsley- College Dog Clothes-click the link and customize!

Happy Football Season and ROLL TIDE!
